[Kde-pim] PATCH for kaddressbook+kontact issue

Here's another patch from Lubos that I dropped on the floor.  It solves an 
issue that you can't import vcf files to KAddressbook while Kontact is 
running, but I'm not sure of the wider impact on Kontact since it changes 
method names and the dcop interface.  I'd like to get it into enterprise 
branch.  Could someone with Kontact integration expertise comment?

It fixes the addressbook portion of
