[Kde-pim] [PATCH] extention of usability for kmail.

The attached patch applies to the 
file /KDE/kdepim/kmail/kmpopfiltercnfrmdlg.cpp


This patch allows:
 - to select several emails at once and process them simultaneously.
 - to sort emails by selected action.

Hotkeys are added:
- key "1" marks highlighted mails to "Download"
- key "2" marks highlighted mails to "Leave on server" 
- key "3" marks highlighted mails to "Delete mail on server"

This extension allows manual filtration on server much faster.

For example:
  Sequence Ctrl-A + "3" marks all messages to be deleted on server.
  Sequence Ctrl-A + "1" marks all messages to be downloaded.
