For each event, you can express the begin datetime and the end
datetime in the timezone of your choice (like air trips). You can also
say "I have a phone meeting to 10:00am, Moscow time or so and it will
appear in your timezone on your schedule)

You can display timescales for different timezones on the left of the
agenda view. For instance, you can add the Moscow timescale. You will
see when your events occurs, in both your local timezone and in Moscow
timezone.

Concerning usability, it was uncluttering mainly. The config dialog
now has nice icons and is easier to browse. There is also less bevel
in the main interface.
