Let's see... going into the menu in choosing "Mark as Spam" does kind of 
qualify as doing something "manually", but that's not the point.

You can configure your toolbars to have the "Filter Classify as spam" 
and "Filter Classify as NOT spam" buttons on them.
Alternatively, you can a assign a shortcut (Setting->Configure shortcuts) to 
either of these actions and then apply them from the keyboard.
