I think so, yes, but try to be as specific as possible. It's great you
take the time to do this, and it's also very nice to first ask if this
is the right place. Props for that. The reason I ask to be specific is
because often someone complains but is very unclear on what exactly is
wrong, and it takes a lot of developer time and effort to figure that
out. And of course, to find a solution, so if you can also suggest
specific improvements - that would really rock ;-)

Normally, I might ask to use the usability mailinglist, but ours isn't
always very helpful due to the bad usability-specialist/non-specialist
ratio there ;-)
