I think they should be OK. At present they just implement the basic Model 
interface. I'll add in some virtual functions for the setData method as I 
intend to make this a read/write model shortly. This should ensure that we 
can extend them without breaking BC during the 4.x life cycle.

I'll sort this out when I get home tonight.
