[Kde-pim] Crash on shutdown if KMail's composer has been used : fix

Hello,

A patch which fix the "Crash on shutdown if KMail's composer has been
used" bug referenced on
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/kdepim/kde4bugs.

This patch involves some coding-style fixes too. The most important
part, relatively to the bug, is to not double call makeComposer.
