[Kde-pim] Committing scalixadmin to trunk?

Hej,

I just wanted to ask whether it is still possible to commit
something to trunk/kdepim? I've ported the scalixadmin tool
to KDE4 now and would like to put it into svn as soon as possible.

It's a separated application which doesn't touch (and so can't break ;))
any existing code. i18n is not needed as well currently, so no
additional work for translators for KDE 4.0.
