This sounds great; but iirc when some tests were done for Kolab, it was determined
that Outlook's behavior was -very- different depending on the version of Outlook;
something as crazy as "one version -only- accepts invitations inline, and another
version -only- accepts invitations as attachments", or something like that.

Can this patch get tested with the various versions of Outlook that are still around?
