[Kde-pim] Where is KDE3Defaults?

I was trying to compile KDE PIM from the SVN source package. 
Unfortunately, I couldn't even pass cmake stage, with the following 
problem(s):

-- Found KDE3 include dir: /usr/include/kde
-- Found KDE3 library dir: /usr/lib
-- Found KDE3 dcopidl preprocessor: /usr/bin/dcopidl
-- Found KDE3 dcopidl2cpp preprocessor: /usr/bin/dcopidl2cpp
-- Found KDE3 kconfig_compiler preprocessor: /usr/bin/kconfig_compiler
CMake Error: Error in cmake code at
/home/mab/kdepim/kdepim/CMakeLists.txt:7:
INCLUDE Could not find include file: KDE3Defaults

CMake Error: KdepimLibs_DIR is not set.  It must be set to the directory 
containing KdepimLibsConfig.cmake in order to use KdepimLibs.

Can someone help me to find KDE3Defaults and MacroLibrary? Shouldn't 
these files be available inside cmake/modules from within the actual 
source package?
