It was only a proposal.



Incomplete for that matter.  There was a good discussion on timezone
issues on this list a while back that never got into the spec.



Should be pretty easy to implement though ... I expect mostly
cut-and-paste from maildir (maybe Courier-MTA) and ical (KDEPIM probably
has best version now) C sources.
