[Kde-pim] New KAlarm feature for 3.5.7

Hi Cornelius,

As kdepim maintainer, can you please approve a very minor new feature for 
KAlarm for KDE 3.5.7. It's the addition of a test play button on the sound 
file chooser dialog. It simply allows the user to test the selected sound 
file before clicking OK. It's already in KDE 4, and also has been released in 
version 1.4.10 and 1.9.5beta on the KAlarm website. There are a couple of new 
i18n tooltips/whatsthis texts. A diff is attached.
