[Kde-pim] KTexteditor kde4 - Personal contact information

Hi !

I'd like to fix the kde4 ktexteditor template interface implementation. 
Therefore I need access to the personal contact information of the logged in 
user. I had implemented that once for the old kde3 framework, but what's the 
currently and future correct way to access that information with the new 
framework. 

Since I need that information in a kdelibs class I guess I would add a stub 
which provides dummy values there and if kdepimlibs is installed the 
ktexteditor interface would load a plugin (which I will put into kdepimlibs) 
which provides the information.
