I'm really sorry, but I find it increasingly hard to find enough time for 
anything KDE-related, mainly due to so many other things I have to do 
(ordinary day job at university, second manager of our semi-professional 
choir, American football referee, etc.).

To be honest, I doubt that this will change in the near future. I'm seriously 
consider giving up korganizer maintainership, since I cannot honestly say I'm 
able to maintain and develop it. There is so much work left even just for 
porting to Qt/KDE 4 (just look at how messed up most layouts are -- or at 
least were when I last tried it a few months ago). In particular, KOrganizer 
for KDE 4 will need a lot (and I really mean A LOT) of love and labor and 
testing, since so many of the underlying data structures (speak Qt4 classes 
instead of Qt3 classes) have changed that I suspect 
bugs/incompatibilities/porting errors all over the place...

The only problem with KOrganizer maintainership is that there is really no 
obvious new maintainer (Allen is already kde-pim release guy and has lots of 
other stuff...)...
