I'm still running OpenSUSE although I was about to change more than once based 
on problems with some updates. After having tried Debian and Gentoo, OpenSUSE 
IMO needs the least effort to maintain it. I lack the time to investigate all 
and every detail in a modern distro, so it's handy to have YaST.

10.2 is a good choice (if you don't run a ProLiant server - can't detect 
partions on the cciss system, there we're bound to 10.0). 10.1 was a mess and 
after a test installation I decided to skip that version as everybody in 
Linux in our office did. Blame it to the Novell management, but another such 
a release and they'll seriously loose market share.
