What I meant was that you would specify a KDateTime whose date would be
for the day you want, in the appropriate time zone. This could be a
date-only KDateTime value. I'm inclined to think that it would be better
to keep a events(QDate, KDateTime::Spec) method which is clearer to use
for people who aren't particularly familiar with what KDateTime can do.

Here you can use KDateTime::ClockTime as the time spec.
