Hi,
Scalix handles some actions (e.g. changing passwords, registering an account,
creating new folders) via custom IMAP commands (starting with 'X-'), so
the first patch extends the KIO IMAP4 slave to support custom IMAP
commands.
Therefor it extends the ::special call to allow custom calls with 'X' as
identifier. There are two modes, an 'E'extended and a 'N'ormal mode.
In extended mode you can send a header and the data in streaming mode.
Additionally the imapparser class is extended to parse the response of
the custom calls and the 'X-GET-OTHERS' call.
I know this hardcoded extension sucks, however the design of kio_imap4
doesn't allow dynamic extensions :/
Ciao,
Tobias
