[Kde-pim] Kmail and egroupware

Do I have to do anything else? Because it doesn't work.
I have followed the guide in:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~jvl/software/egroupware/icalsrv/html/index.html

and I always get:
The resource http://egroupware.mydomain.com/icalsrv.php does not exist.
