The schedule looks logical.

For Mailody I would like to start porting it 3 months before KDE 4 will be released and optionally move it to kde-pim after the port is complete and all signs are on green for such a move.

If Akonadi is ready at that point I will use that as backend, if Akondadi is not ready then I will release Mailody on qt4 base with the sqlite backend. I will release a qt4 Mailody at the same time as KDE 4, preferably as part of kde-pim.
