Ouch, that's a bug in the antispam tools configuration of the spam wizard !

The file kmail.antispamrc contained the line
       Executeable=crm -v | grep "CRM114"
which should rather be
       Executable=crm -v | grep "CRM114"

Notice the typo (Executeable instead of Executable)!.

I just committed the fix to the KDE 3.5 branch and to KDE 4, so future 
versions will have that bug fixed. You might manually change that line in 
your installation, too.
