We are in the progress of improving this situation. Specific feedback is 
welcome. The ultimate resource is the source code, naturally.

KOrganizer has quite some history and is one of the bigger applications of KDE 
right now. So working on it is both, demanding and rewarding. If you have 
questions about the design or how to find your way through the source code, 
please feel free to ask. I (and I'm pretty sure the other KOrganizer 
developers as well) will do my (our) best to help you finding your way into 
KOrganizer development.
