As already said, korganizer (or rather libkcal, libkabc and kmail) do not have 
any implementation of the MAPI-type access to Exchange. We are simply too few 
people (and none of us using Exchange) to work on that. However, if anyone 
(or any group of people) want to take on the challenge, you are more than 
welcome!
