[Kde-pim] [patch] make gpgme++ portable to msvc

Hello
for review;

A small change that makes the code portable to msvc 2k3.

This way was proposed by Marc. I am convinced that using 
GpgME::Error::toErrorCode() also makes the overall code a bit more readable 
than using operator int(). Safe operator bool() is left as before.
