[Kde-pim] [patch] kdepimlibs: typedefs for STL style iterators

Some of the classes define their own iterator pairs, i.e. 
SomeClass::ConstIterator and SomeClass::Iterator

The attaches patch adds typedefs to STL style names, i.e.
SomeClass::const_iterator and SomeClass::iterator.

Qt's containers also offer both, but do it the other way around :)
