[Kde-pim] crm114 integration for KMail's antispam wizard

Hello KDEPIM developers, hello Andreas and Patrick,

I committed my kmail.antispamrc entry without the score stuff (doesn't yet 
work as intented as I found out while cutting and pasting the mail header 
which transformed the score display into text).

I ported it to trunk and Allen Winter's kdepim 3.5 feature branch as well.

I also added an changelog entry for KDE 3.5.6.

Since these are my firsts commits into the KDE repository you might like 
to review them.

Possible next steps:
1) dig out how that score stuff is supposed to be configured
2) document kmail.antispamrc, I have seen some email from you Andreas, 
explaining it, but I do not find it anymore
3) add / update other kdepim related documentation

I am now subscribed to this list. Maybe there are other simple things I 
can help with.
