Howdy PIMsters,

The time has come to close down the kdepim+ for any new feature additions
at this time in the release cycle.

You may continue to:
 - improve the existing new features (TOFU, templates, tagging, background filtering, ...)
 - test bug fixes (recipientseditor, attachment view, ...)

You may not:
 - add any new features

There is no release schedule for 3.5.6 yet, but based on past experience we
should expect the 3.5.6 tagging in about 1 month. So, we only have that much
time to finish and test the features, convince the core developers and translators
to include these features in the main branch, port to trunk, and translate.
We will be open for new features again after 3.5.6 is tagged.

We need to work hard to finish coding the new features.
Thankfully, we have several new contributors with SVN accounts (Dmitry, Jonathan, Christian).
to help and you guys have been doing great. Plus, Matt is back!

The following is my current list of What's New in the Features Branch.
Please review.

==============================================================
+ Dmitry's KMail templates (supporting The Bat! language)
+ Jonathan's KMail folders
== Jonathan's proposal for merging the templates
+ Monur's KMail custom tagging:
Crashes occassionally in the copy_to_string template
[Bug 136555] No way to use custom tags as search criteria
fosterfeld suggests a separate tag->messages index then a search folder
I'm not crazy about the Message Tag labels, nor the toggling
+ David's karm fixes from proko2 (already trunkported and branchported)
+ Allen's kontact summary menus for appointments and to-dos
+ Jason's HTML signature
Doesn't work correctly if switching between identities
Doesn't work correctly if you start out in non-HTML composing, and then switch
   to HTML composing
When Replying to a message, you must type or click in the message window
before signature actually appears. If you just scroll down - it looks
     like the signature doesn't "take".
+ Andreas' KMail background filtering
   seems to be working
+ Pradeepto's TOFU top-posting, signature insertion
not sure about the interaction with HTML composing, HTML sigs, templates, etc.
insert signature submenu? ghost menu items if the identity doesn't have a signature
+ Christian's Recipient Editor
Christian: Please port to trunk. Then merge into the 3.5/branch.
