[Kde-pim] kmime library "new style classtree"

Howdy,

While moving/reviewing the kmime library for KDE4 I found a define
KMIME_NEW_STYLE_CLASSTREE

that apparently does some stuff a new way that has never been compiled
into KDE before, AFAICT.

Should we now be using the "new way" for KDE4?  this will eliminate
kmime_headers_obs.h (the "obs' apparently means "obsolete").

Or trash the new style stuff?  or leave as is??
