[Kde-pim] kaddressbook ringbinder style printing

A few days ago I upgraded a suse 10.0 installation to 10.2 and i'm 
missing the ringbinder print style from KAddressBook.
My father used it for his contact list printouts since it was nice and
compact style.
After browsing around a bit in KDE websvn it seems to have dissappeared 
in the 3.5 betas. Since it still seems to be in trunk, i wondered why 
it's gone from 3.5 and if it will be coming back in the future ?
