Right, looking at that list of people, the ones that might be involved in 
Kontact right now according to *my* winnowing scheme [1] are:

Danimo, David, Till and Tobias.
Allen, as the guy actually doing visible work in 3.5, maybe.

Don Sanders started the whole thing, but I don't think he's been spotted in 
the past two years or so. You may want to drop in on the developer's IRC 
channel, that's a better indication of who's alive right now.


[1] My scheme is based on visible activity on the kde-pim mailing list. I know 
too that that is a poor choice since the development community has fragmented 
into a bunch of smaller more focused development lists so that it's not 
possible to see what the state of the PIM "project" as a whole is.
