[Kde-pim] kontact setup for ms exchange

Hi,

Yes, I access my mailbox using IMAP, as there's no support for MAPI in 
Kontact. Calendar integration is good, no problems at all. For schedule, I 
mean. For tasks, I can't use Kontact as an Exchange client.
For the address book, I do use LDAP indeed, with the following filter:
(&(&(&(mailnickname=*)(|(&(objectCategory=person)(objectClass=user)(!
(homeMDB=*))(!(msExchHomeServerName=*)))(&(objectCategory=person)
(objectClass=user)(|(homeMDB=*)(msExchHomeServerName=*)))
(&(objectCategory=person)(objectClass=contact))(objectCategory=group)
(objectCategory=publicFolder)))))
This is needed to omit the AD Garbage returned by an LDAP query.
