[Kde-perl] Qt4-0.60_b1 build report

It looks like Module::Build changed.  I'm running version 0.280801,
which works fine with _cbuilder.  But on a different machine running
Module::Build version 0.34, the method is called "cbuilder" (note the
absence of the leading underscore).  I'm attaching a patch that should
fix the problem.
