[Kde-perl] Can PerlKDE create kio-slaves?

well, it seems that there is no response on this.... :( I'd really like to
know what the developers that maintain perlqt/kde though about this from a
technical stand point. If I need to go the C++ route then I will, but I was
curious how far the line is before perlqt/kde is no longer feasible....
