[Kde-perl] compiling PerlQt for Solaris 8 with gcc

Though we tend to favor the static library, and it seems to work for  
PerlQt on Linux, let me try recompiling Qt as a dynamic library for  
Solaris and rebuilding PerlQt.  It may be a bit before I can get to  
it, but I'll report back when I have.  Thanks!
