[Kde-perl] PerlQt under Windows + Cygwin

Hello all,

I've spent some time trying to get PerlQt to work under Windows via  
Cygwin. I've had a lot of help from Gerrit Haase. Thanks a bunch man!

Anyway, in the end it turned out to be just a matter of matching binary  
packages correctly. Here is what I had to do:

1) Install Cygwin (CYGWIN_NT-5.0 esmeralda 1.5.10(0.116/4/2) 2004-05-25  
22:07 i686 unknown unknown Cygwin)
2) Install Cygwin version of Qt from here:  
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/kde-cygwin/qt-3.2.3-3-gcc3.tar.bz2? 
download
3) Install PerlQt from here:  
http://anfaenger.de/cygwin/cygwin-1.5/perl/qt/
4) in a cygwin shell type: startxwin.sh
5) start PerlQt shell: pqtsh

And that's it!
