[Kde-perl] Perlqt unicode(utf-8) problems

Hi Germain,
you absolutely convinced me to stick to the "perl-way" (UTF-8) of handling
strings. The "inconvenient" argument doesn't count at all!
Some day, MySQL certainly will be able to handle UTF-8.
I just was surprised that the string-behavior changed in version 3.004.
(If I was living in the US, I wouldn't even notice this change, but for us,
with the "funny" letters in our languages, we have to care about such
things...)
