[Kde-perl] PerlQt-3.004-RC2

Thanks to Germain's help in making perlqt play well with perl 5.6.0, 
I've now successfully built perlqt on OSX (yay!).  Screenshot is here:

Although really, it looks like perlqt everywhere else...  =)

It needs no patches, other than using the admin tree from the 
KDE-Darwin source repo.  If anyone on OSX wants to build PerlQt, they 
should be able to just go to:

   http://ranger.befunk.com/fink/

...and download the latest kde-admindir tarball and untar it inside the 
PerlQt-3 directory.

I haven't tried it with Qt/Mac -- this is just under Qt in Fink.  I 
should be checking in a Fink package shortly, after I figure out if 
there are any troubles building against kde 3.0.7...
