Slow animated progress bar in Plastik

Hi,

I profiled my program which uses a progress dialog with two progress 
bars and Plastik eats nearly 20% of cpu time.

8% go to QPainter::save() and restore() even if only QPen is changed.

10% go to QString::arg() to build an index for QCache.
