Menus: unnecessary repaints?!

Yes, it will go into Qt-3.2. This flickering isn't there anymore in qt-copy. 

But there's another menu redrawing problem in qt-copy right now. It's caused 
by a bug in the SH_PopupMenu_SloppySubMenus code (it only occurs if this 
stylehint is enabled). It shouldn't be hard to track down this particular 
bug.
