Menus: unnecessary repaints?!

Yes, it will go into Qt-3.2. This flickering isn't there anymore in qt-copy. 

But right now there's another redrawing problem in qt-copy. The menu flashes 
in styles which have the SH_PopupMenu_SloppySubMenus stylehint enabled. There 
are some bugs left in the sloppy submenu code left which cause this bug. It 
shouldn't be hard to track down these bugs.
