Missing performance tip? Prelink

I noticed the performance tip page -
http://dforce.sh.cvut.cz/~seli/download/tips.html

doesn't mention prelink (or combreloc)
These are now supported by more and more
distributions, e.g. gentoo supports prelink:
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/prelink-howto.xml

I know there is controversy about the old
objprelink, but combreloc and the new prelink
seem to be exactly the mythical "toolchain 
improvements" that have been talked about
for so long.

I think they deserve mention as a performance
tip, along with specific version information
about which libraries are needed.
