Wrong, they are built on demand. But the toolbar _itself_ is showing
bookmarks, so the XML file containing the bookmarkbar bookmarks=20
needs to be parsed on startup (note that an optimization is already there:=
=20
only the bookmarkbar bookmarks are loaded, not all of them).
If you don't use the bookmarkbar, konq doesn't need to load any bookmark fi=
le=20
on startup, obviously.
