Why KBackgroundManager from Kdesktop allocates 4 desktops without reading any configuration? I think but not sure that later on that resources will be freed. Even so, why take them from the beginning? why don't preallocate just one desktop? line 69 and 70 or kdebase/kdesktop/kbackgroundmanager.cc -- Jordi
