[Kde-nonlinux] Where is kde 3.4 source?

I found kde 3.3.91 source and downloaded arts for compilation.
Running the command

configure --prefix=/home/daf/KDE34 \
--with-qt-includes=/usr/local/include/X11/qt3 \
--with-qt-libraries=/usr/local/lib/qt3

results in configure reporting the following error:

<snipped>
checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.3) (library qt-mt) not found.
Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.
Make sure that you have compiled Qt with thread support!

Note that there are mt libraries:

/home/daf/KDE34s}find /usr/local/lib -name '*qt-mt*'
/usr/local/lib/qt3/libqt-mt.so.3.32
/usr/local/lib/libqt-mt.so.3.32
/home/daf/KDE34s}

So what is configure *really* complaining about?

Thanks,
Dave Feustel
