[Kde-nonlinux] Qt 3.3.1 Configure Options for KDE 3.3.3

I can longer remember or find the Qt 3.3.1 configuration options necessary for
subsequent building of KDE 3.3.3. Could someone please either post those 
options or point me to a URL containing the options?
