[Kde-nonlinux] Broken KDE Programs in KDE 3.2.3 on OpenBSD 3.6

Kmail aborted while I was adding an  outgoing mail account
kspread dies every time I try to create a new spreadsheet file.
Javascript in Konqueror appears to be partially broken -
per site activation doesn't seem to work.

Attempts to use  the ftp path to openbsd.org as shown in pkg_add just fail for me (invalid login as anonymous
with email address as password.
Several mirror sites   do not seem to have all packages. One had no 3.6 386 package directory.

I got an obviously incorrect offset for partition d during disklable. Ignoring that error worked.

I did a lot of pkg_adds over the network when I finally found a good mirror and they all seem to work  ok.
