Create branch for Plasma NM for Plasma 5

Hi Jan,

I was about to push two fixes to Plasma NM 0.9.3.x but I realised that
according to Plasma 5's schedule [1] we cannot push new features and
translatable strings anymore. I think we should create a branch for the
Plasma 5 version of Plasma NM and let new features and strings to go to
master. What do you think?
