plasma-widget-networkmanagement makes opwnvpn the default route

Occurs in version 0.1~svn-970021-1 (debian experimental).

Obviously routing all traffic over openvpn is a lot slower then the
existing connection.

How do I prevent this (other then sudo route add default gw myrouter)?
