Update about KNM 0.7

Just checked it out, but
make -f admin/Makefile.common
fails with:

knetworkmanager/vpn-plugins/Makefile.am:12: required directory 
knetworkmanager/vpn-plugins/pptp does not exist

I guess I'll just omit that part from vpn-plugins/Makefile.am for now.
