[PATCH] Network timestamp

Hi,

The attached patch fixes the bug with "Last used" field not being 
updated for networks connected automatically.

The code in KNetworkManagerStorage::updateNetwork() was explicitly 
checking for network NOT being connected automatically before updating 
the timestamp. I don't know why this was needed, although I guess when I 
was refactoring this code back in 2006, if (!automatic) check was used 
as a substitute for (non-existsing at that time) net->isModified() call. 
I've left the check in place so the warning is still issued if needed.
