Support for phase two authentication

Hi,

I have sent this patch to Will Stephenson on 22nd of March 2007 and since I 
have not received a reply since, I am resubmitting it here. The patch still 
applies cleanly to current SVN trunk.

I have created a patch to support setting the WPA-EAP phase 2 authentication 
type in KNetworkManager (this requires NetworkManager 0.6.5 or greater). The 
patch enables association with networks such as "eduroam" which use PAP for 
phase two authentication. The patch follows existing KNetworkManager coding 
style and applies to extragear trunk.
